Victoria Romero Aluisi 78 of Simi Valley, California, left this earth on Saturday, May 13. She was surrounded by her daughters.
Victoria was born May 1st, 1945, in Tecuala, Nayarit, Mexico. She was the youngest of five children born to her parents Telesforo and Paula Romero. Her parents moved to Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico where she went to school and graduated high school. She continued her education at Nayar Academy where she studied shorthand to become a secretary. She moved to California in 1967.
Victoria married and moved to Simi Valley in 1971 and raised two children, her daughter Martha and son Thomas. She also helped her sister in raising her daughter, Edith.
After being a homemaker, she decided to join the workforce and worked at Data Products for 17 years as an inspector of printing machines. She then went on to work at Kavlico for another 17 years. She retired from corporate life. She wanted to help others so chose to take care of the elderly. She enjoyed spending time with the people that she cared for.
Even with life’s busiest moments, she found the time to show her devotion to God.
Victoria loved everyone that came into her life and treated them as family.
The most important thing to Victoria was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Spending time with her family is what brought her the most joy.
We will miss EVERYTHING about her. Her contagious laugh, sense of humor, Jello Easter eggs and confetti eggs! And her love for cooking for her family.
Victoria is preceded in death by her son Thomas, parents, and siblings.
She is survived by her daughters Martha and Edith. 9 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
