Salvador Molina Juarez Jr.
We gather to remember and celebrate the life of Salvador Molina Juarez Jr., a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and brother who departed this world peacefully on December 23, 2024, at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on April 6, 1940, in Van Nuys, California, Salvador was the son of Esther Juarez and Salvador Juarez. Over the years, he built a legacy of love, devotion, and unwavering support that will resonate throughout the lives he touched.
A resident of Simi Valley for an incredible 54 years. His journey through life was marked by compassion, kindness, and a relentless commitment to his family. For 57 wonderful years, he stood side by side with his beloved wife, Maria Juarez, creating a partnership that was an example of true love for everyone around them. Their bond was a testament to the power of togetherness, and the memories they created are forever etched in the hearts of their family.
Salvador was a proud father to three of his four children, Cheryl (Victor) Gutierrez, Dana (Matt) Powell, and Sal (Hisako) Juarez. Salvador's heart, however, felt the loss of his dear daughter Lorraine, who preceded him in death in 2020. His children were the light of his life, and he took joy in watching them grow, thrive, and create families of their own. As an adoring grandfather, he cherished the moments spent with his four grandchildren, imparting wisdom, laughter, and love that will carry forward into future generations.
In addition to his immediate family, Salvador is survived by his sister, Betty (Sam) Sifuentes. The bond they shared over the years added yet another layer to his rich tapestry of relationships, filled with laughter, memories, and mutual support.
Salvador’s life leaves behind a profound legacy of love and connection. His gentle spirit and caring nature will be remembered by all who knew him, a reminder of the importance of family and community.
A Mass in honor of Salvador will be held on January 31, 2025, at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Simi Valley, CA. The service will begin at 10:00 AM, allowing family and friends to gather in remembrance and celebration of a remarkable life well-lived.
