Ramona Rae Brewer Moloski
Ramona was an amazing wife, daughter, mother, friend, grandmother, and great grandmother. She left us far too soon on Friday, February 19th surrounded by family and love.
Ramona was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on January 20, 1938. She met a handsome polack, Tony in 1960, they fell in love, married, and headed west to sunny California. They had four beautiful girls, spanning over 20 years. They loved and raised them in a ranch style home on a dirt road in the San Fernando Valley. Then they bought and retired to “My Ranch” in Lockwood Valley in the early nineties. She accomplished the impossible task of securing easements so they could subdivide and give each of their girls and their families their very own piece of “My Ranch" to cherish for generations to come. She always put her family first and tirelessly went to great lengths to make sure everyone was always welcome and comfortable. Her family and the passion she had for them will always be her legacy.
Ramona wore many hats. Not only did she take care of her household, family and the many many rentals they managed throughout the years, she also enjoyed tap dancing, taking walks, raising bunnies, going to the theater, bike riding and was always found with a grandchild or two nearby.
For such a small woman she has left an enormous hole in this world. She would always remark that she thought she had broad shoulders. Her daughters would laugh because she clearly didn't. It wasn't until recently that we realized, she actually had incredibly broad shoulders. She willingly carried the load of everyone's troubles, burdens and worries for them.
She will be endlessly missed and remembered, with a smile, by so many, every single day. She was never just a "grandmother" she was a Babci and she was a Babci to everyone she knew.
In place of flowers, we are honoring her love for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Please use the following link.
