Born in Los Guerra, Tamaulipas, Mexico on May 9, 1940 to Bolfio and
Rafaela Barrera, our Beloved Tia Noelia passed away on Sunday, May 1,
2022. In 1948 Noelia and Family immigrated to Santa Rosa Texas and in
1961 moved to Moorpark. Even with all of her special needs and limited
mental ability, Noelia was Never at a loss for words. Our Family
gatherings always included one or two zingers directed at anyone
she deemed worthy. Love and Laughter are the two words that best
described her effect on those around her. In spite of all the difficulties that
Noelia faced she never lost her sense of humor, the ability to make
friends or her optimism.
Noelia was predeceased by her Parents Bolfio and Rafaela Barrera,
Sister Nora Barrera, Brothers Bolfio Jr, Robert, Rene & Maria Luisa and Leo. Noelia is
Survived by Brothers Gil, Rigoberto and Manuel. Sisters (in law)
Manuela, Aida, Velia, Maria and Bertha Barrera and Numerous (too
many to mention) Nieces, Nephews, Grand Nieces and Nephews and
Friends. Rest in Peace Our Dear Tia Noelia.
