Mary Gonzales

Mary D. Gonzalez, 81, passed away after a lengthy illness in Simi Valley. Mary was born on August 4, 1935 in Simi Valley and was a county resident for 35 years. Mary was a Registered Nurse for the County of Los Angeles for 38 years. She loved to travel, the outdoors and spending time with her friends and family; after she retired she spent her time volunteering at church clinics and homeless shelters.
Mary is survived by many nieces and nephews and two uncles.
There will be a visitation on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 5:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m with a rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Reardon Simi Valley Funeral Home. There will be a Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 3, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with interment to follow immediately at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
