Mary Clark

Mary Cantara Clark was born in Saco, Maine in 1928. She was the 3rd child of 4 born to Ernest and Elizabeth (Riley) Cantara. She spent the first 20 years of her life in Saco where she graduated from Thornton Academy and met her future husband Robert Clark. Robert and Mary enjoyed a happy 63-year marriage.
They had many homes over the next 30 years before finally settling in Thousand Oaks, CA. Along the way, 2 sons were born, William Michael and Daniel Robert. Her daughters-in-law are sisters, Louise and Tracy Nagata, and they gave Mary the joy of 4 grandchildren – Elizabeth and Robert, James and John.
Mary’s passions were golf, baking, gardening, and talking to her sister Elaine McGonigle every day.
Mary was a wonderful person and has now been reunited with her husband Robert and her son William. She will be dearly missed.
