Marian Combs

Marian Julia Enzweiler Kozub Combs, 95, of Simi Valley, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 after a long illness. Marian was born in Chicago, Illinois, on March 15, 1919 to Henry Enzweiler and Caroline Govert. She was one of nine children. Over the past 42 years Marian resided in Chicago Heights, IL, Steger, IL and Colorado Springs, CO 38 of those years was spent living in Simi Valley, CA. Marian was a homemaker and enjoyed spending happy times with her family. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, John A. and Mary Lou Kozub of Simi Valley and daughter Marsha Gaff of Solvang, CA,8 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, many great grandsons and great granddaughters and one great great granddaughter. Marian was preceded in death by her husbands Anthony S. Kozub and Evern Combs. There will be a Memorial Service held on Friday, March 27, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in SImi Valley with burial to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Simi Valley
