Marcus Evans

Marcus Finley Evans passed away on 9/28/2023 due to a motorcycle accident. Marcus grew up in Simi Valley and attended Mountainview Elementary, Hillside Middle School, & Royal High. He worked at Costco for 5 yrs and played many sports in his early life, loved Jui Jitsu, and was a talented skateboarder. Marcus never had it easy - he faced many obstacles - and yet he approached life with a warm disposition and smiled often. His family and community will miss him.
He is survived by his parents: Finley Evans & Paula Rosen; grandparents: Jerry & Sherri Rosen; his two sets of twin brothers: Dylan Lee & Jadyn Lee Evans, and Phillip & Raul Rosen; uncles: Ron Evans, Mickey Baxter, & Jerry Staten; aunts: Joy & Sharon Sterner & Jeannene Gutzman. And his many cousins, including: “Uncle Cousin” Justin Arman. He’s preceded in death by his grandmother Jean Evans, & his aunt Donna Baxter Arman.
Funeral services begin at 11am on 10/26/2023 at Reardon Simi Valley Funeral Home, 2636 Sycamore Dr, Simi Valley, CA 93065. Lobby will open around 9:30am.
