She married Wade Poulson, whom served in the navy in World War 2. The two of them moved to Simi Valley in 1958. They built a beautiful home in the Santa Susana Knolls. The two of them started a Laundromat business that they owned and operated for over 30 years. Wade passed away in 1975. Bernice had one son, Ronald Poulson, and one Granddaughter, Rosie Garvin. She also had 3 great grandchildren, Megan, Michael and Myles. She loved to spend time in her yard gardening. Her last days were spent comfortably in her home, where she passed away on April 3rd. Anybody who knew her, knows she had such a kind heart and was loved the minute you met her. She will be missed, but her family is happy that she is at peace and has joined her husband and family in heaven.
