Charles “Chuck” Richard Sass, 62. Died by heart attack on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at his home in Simi Valley, CA. Born May 24, 1957 in Chicago, IL to parents Charles and Gladys Sass.
Chuck is survived by his Children: Melissa Sieber of Lindale, TX, Charles Sass Jr. and wife Kelly of Rockwall, TX, Stephen Sass of Simi Valley, CA; Grandchildren: Logan, Luke and Lainey Sass of Rockwall, TX; Sisters: Barbara Paul and husband George of Oxnard, CA, Debra Dikeman of Challis, ID, Sandie Bernstein and husband Jeffrey of Branscomb, CA, Vicky Modglin and husband Dennis of Simi Valley, CA; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Gladys Sass of Camarillo, CA.
Chuck served in the United States Marine Corps (1976-1979) and the United States Navy (1980-1983). Chuck worked in construction and as a truck driver. Chuck was an avid fan of John Wayne, Westerns, Country Music, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
