Ardyce Blake

Ardyce Blake passed away on June 5, 2022, in Simi Valley, California at the age of 90. She was born March 26, 1932 to Ted and Mildred Henning in Newton, IA. She married Wayne Blake in 1949. Wayne preceded her in death 2009 after celebrating 60 years of marriage.
Ardyce is survived by her daughter Rhonda Blake Dean of Lake Forest, CA and her son Roger (Debbie) Blake of Simi Valley, CA. Granddaughters Lori Dean Foulds (Daniel) of Lake Forest, CA, Randi Dean Davidson (Samuel) of Glasgow, KY, and Jessica Blake Johnson (Kelly) of Laguna Hills, CA. She is also survived by great grandsons, Cody Davidson and Austin Davidson of Glasgow, KY and great granddaughters Kailey Foulds and Kendra Foulds of Lake Forest, CA. She is also survived by her sister Joyce Lawton of Oklahoma and sister in law Sandy Henning of Texas along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Ardyce was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family while camping, four wheel trail rides, annual winter trips to Quartzite, AZ, gardening and her collection of dolls. She enjoyed watching birds and squirrels in the backyard with her beloved dog Susie. Rest in Peace, you will be missed.
