Anthony Haggin

Our family is heartbroken to share that our beloved son and brother, Anthony Justin Haggin passed away on Wednesday, June 29th at 9:30 am. He was 45.
Anthony was born in Las Vegas, NV. He spent his formative years in Brigantine, NJ before settling in Simi Valley, CA in 1997. Anthony was full of life and was such a happy person. He would always make you laugh and loved telling jokes. He was a huge music lover and loved dancing, singing, playing the harmonica and keyboard. He also very much enjoyed bowling. He was an extraordinary swimmer and a gold medal winner in swimming at the Special Olympics for many years. After graduating from Royal High School in 1998, he entered into their work training program at Pathpoint, where he enjoyed working and took pride in his work.
Anthony is preceded in death by his father Jon Haggin and aunt Barbara Cook. His memory lives on through his mother Elizabeth (Betty) Haggin, sister Shannan Schlobohm, brother-in-law Gregory Schlobohm, aunt Susan Garwood (spouse Rick), aunt Eva Yuen (spouse Steven), uncle Joseph Cook (spouse Myra), godmother Rosemary Provenzano and many cousins and friends.
Viewing and rosary will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 5:00 PM at Reardon Simi Valley Funeral Home; 2636 Sycamore Dr. Simi Valley, CA 93065
Funeral mass will be the following day, Friday, July 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church; 1305 Royal Ave. Simi Valley, CA 93065, immediately followed by interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery; 1380 Fitzgerald Rd. Simi Valley, CA 93065.
Red was Anthony's favorite color and we ask those attending to please wear red in honor of him.
